CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

WIN an ALLURE BRIDALS, Wedding Gown (“Competition”)
May – July  2015

1. ELIGIBILITY

a) Open to legal residents of Australia. Residents of ACT not eligible to enter.
b) Entries must be received for the ‘May/July 2015 Draw’ by midnight 31st July 2015.
c) Employees, agents, immediate family or any other affiliates of The Sponsor are not eligible to enter the Competition.
d) By entering this Competition the participant agrees to be bound by these conditions and the decision of the judges, administration and sponsor shall be final in all respects.
e) The participants wedding date must fall between 1st August 2015 and 31st December 2019.
f) Entries will only be accepted for the current draw. Once this draw is finalised, you must enter again in the new Competition. All entries will be destroyed after each current Competition ends.
g) Only one entry per draw is allowed.
h) Competition commences 12th May 2015 and closes 31st July 2015.

2. DRAWING & NOTIFICATION

a) “The Sponsor” will conduct a random draw on the 4th August 2015 from the ‘May/July 2015 Draw” Once drawn, participants will be required to re-enter for the next draw.
b) The drawing will occur at 11am EST at Ferrari East Pty Ltd, 20 Longstaff Road, Bayswater VIC.
c) The winners details will be published on the Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal website, Facebook and via EDM to participants in the draw.
d) Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received per state.
e) The winner’s first name and suburb will be published 72 hours from the date of draw. Please check the website for winners.
f) The winner will be contacted by phone and must respond within 72 hours or a replacement winner will be drawn.
g) The prize is not transferable nor can it be postponed from the dates specified without written approval from The Sponsor.

3. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

a) WIN one Bridal Gown only from the following Allure Bridals Collections up to the value of $2,000 RRP: – Allure Bridals – Allure Couture – Allure Romance – Madison James Bridal – Allure Women – Allure Modest.
b) Bridal Gown chosen under the value of $2,000 RRP – differential cannot be redeemed for cash or product.
c) Bridal Gown chosen greater than the value of $2,000 RRP – differential must be paid by winner.
d) Cannot be used in conjunction will any other offers and is not redeemable or transferable for cash.
e) Bridal Gowns can only be selected from the Allure Bridals Collections.
f) For Bridal Gown chosen where the style, size or colour is not in store, allow 22 weeks order and delivery time frame.
g) Does not include alteration fees or embellishments.
h) Prize is only redeemable at participating stores listed in the entry form.
i) Entry into this random drawing constitutes The Sponsors permission to use the winners name, photography, likeness or address for advertising promotional and publicity purposes.
j) The Sponsor protects your privacy; we do not sell or rent your personal information to others.
k) The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Competition at any time without prior notice.
l) Your details will be added to our database so that you can be notified of the next competition draw and special offers throughout our stores. You can opt out of receiving emails from The Sponsor at any time.
